Is View Employment Term duty essential to seniority dates in the Employment info in redwood

Summary: Hi team, is below condition is expected behavior in Redwood

In RUI our custom role “” did not have the "View Employment termination" duty because it was not needed for the custom role to view the seniority dates.

After activating the Employment info page in Redwood, the custom role was unable to view the seniority dates (see Image 1 below), so we added this role.

Could you please confirm the two sentences below?

• The "Terminate Employment" quick action was enabled after adding the "View Employment Termination" duty;

• The "View Employment Termination" is necessary for the custom role to view the seniority dates in the Employment info page in Redwood.
