Summary:

What privilege is required to allow PO edit and add line from the purchase order screen. We have tried adding the following without success.
Create Purchase Order
Create Purchase Order Line as Procurement Requester
Create Purchase Order from Requisitions
Increase Requisition Line Quantity or Amount as Buyer
