Where can Response Codes for Questionare for Recruiting exist under Set up and Mainetenance

Summary:

I am attempting to make changes to the questionaires for recruiting under Set Up & Maintenance. I am able to edit the current questions under questions library. There is codes labeled as reson codes. I need to see where else the reason code lives and or if it is being used elsewhere. Can you someone please assist?
