Inactive feedback form appearing in Collect Feedback Action

Hi community,

we inactivated two feedback forms. However, they still appear by default when I click collect feedback in the candidate profile of a requisition:

However, if I follow the same path for a new requisition I do not have any feedback form by default and I cannot search for the two I inactivated (and tha's correct).

Can you help me?
