Is it possible to add additional ACTION in the Learning Admin Page?

Summary:

We are trying to add an additional action in the Learning Admin page (My Client Groups > Learning > Learning Admin Page). Example of an action (in red).

What we are trying to do is to associate a link (hyperlink) to this action. We have tried doing this using sandbox (page composer and structure). But we can't find an option to implement it.
