Cannot view any details on newly created Requisition in RSSP

Summary: On newly created requisitions via the new Purchase Requisitions RSSP tile, after submitting for approval, when I go to pull up the requisitions to view details on either the Self Service Requisition page/tab or My Requisitions the page just spins or times out. Also, the entire page locks up and cannot be actioned at all after this. The browser window/tab becomes completely unresponsive and has to be closed. See screenshot.
