Termination action is not available on Employment Info page in Person Spotlight

Navigate as My Client Groups > Quick Actions > Employment Info > search for an employee

Click on the Actions button and the "Termination" action is available.

Navigate as My Client Groups > Person Spotlight app > search for an employee > select Employment Info from left pane

Click on the Actions button and the "Termination" action is NOT available.


Why this Employment Info page accessed through Person Spotlight do not show Termination action?
