Redwood Cancel work relationship for pending worker

Hi Team,
Please find the issue i am facing in 25 A while cancelling work relationship for pending worker

1.For some users within the same account, canceling the work relationship for a pending worker reflects instantly.

2.However, for other users, despite multiple attempts to cancel the work relationship, the transaction console shows it as successful, but the record remains active on the front end.

3.When performing the cancel work relationship action from a super user account, the changes reflect instantly.
