Unable to relabel the Tab name " Career Statement, career Preferences and Development Objectives to "Development Objectives" using User Interface Text for below navigation

Directory —> Directory —> My Public Info — Show more

But we are able to Rename with below navigations:

Me —> Quick Actions —> Show more

My Team —> Quick actions —> Show more

Could you please help me why I am unable to relabel the tab name in Directory page
