Unable to Navigate back when viewing invoice from New Requisitions Tile

When we navigate to below, My Requisitions

Select a PO in the requisition
Order Life Cycle
Invoices
Click invoice
A new tab pages loads
When you click 'Done' - error
The only way to exit is by exiting from the tab X
