Redwood DOR: Inconsistent display for DOR in View & Edit Mode in Redwood

Summary:

VBS Business rules were created in DOR to hide or make DFF read-only for specific DOR/Doc Types. For one doc type, more fields are visible in view mode than in edit mode for employee view (Me > Document Records). The personalization is working fine when employee is in edit mode. Similar VBS rule is working for another DOR/Doc Type.
