Effective Start Date should not be defaulted in Update Position Page

Summary:

When Position is getting updated then it is taking default value which was set in create position redwood page 1951-01-01 in VBCS.

When Clicked update then it shows the effective start 01/01/51 instead of 01/01/81/Current Date. PFB screenshot. How can we stop this behaviour?

Ideally, it should pick up current date.
