Dynamic validation based on business conditions to be put on Job requisition form field.

Hi All,
We have a set of requirements to put multiple checks on one job requisition form DFF field. These checks have to be performed dynamically when an employee's email id is entered for a custom field. Please find below few checks and business conditions that have to be successful before a hiring can submit a job requisition.
Has anyone implemented similar validation mechanisms. Also taking into consideration that redwood will be enabled in near future will these scenarios be effective in VBS.
