RSSP: When will 1:1 relationship between Procurement Category and Expenditure Type be available

Summary:

The image attached shows when there is only one option available for the expenditure type due to the chosen Procurement category, that one expenditure type defaults in, this is not what occurs in Redwood, you have to click on the drop down list to choose the single option for the Expenditure type.

Raising the question to Oracle if there is any chance the classic behaviour we are used to, whether or not it will be deployed in redwood.
