Where to find the task of the MEDICAL ASSESSMENTS?

Hello Team,

We're trying to set up medical assessments in HCM but can't find the necessary task, we were able to find the PER_MEDICAL_ASSESSMENTS table and that's what we're looking for but the task itself isn't available. Is it a health and safety task? An inspection task?
