How to change the source inventory organization in RSSP after punching back in?

Summary:

I have a client that is leveraging the use of GHX Marketplace for their requisitioning "its a punchout." Whenever the cart gets punched back into Oracle for an internally orderable item we want it to reflect a different source inventory organization. The issue we are facing is that since the deliver to location selected within Redwood (RSSP) requisition preferences that deliver to is connected to its home inventory organization. So Oracle is defaulting the cart to the home inventory organization tied to the deliver to and its not editable.

Example. Item 12345 has two source orgs. Source org A and source org B. My deliver to is tied to source org B, but I want that item to really source from Org A.
