User couldn't update RSSP BU After Actively Working
Summary: RSSP Preference Requisition BU update Issue
We have RSSP role configured in lower environment and the Responsive self service Preference page was actively working as expected. All of a sudden the Page stop responding and users can't update requisition BU from Preference page. It's static at this point.
Below are the steps and corrective measure to try to fix the issue.
1. Run the
- Process name: ESS job to run Bulk ingest to OSCS.
- Parameter Value for Program Name to run Bulk Ingest: prc_por_downstream.
2. Run the ESS Job for LDAP
After both program completed successfully .. I am still running into the same couldn't update preference error message.
