Display the Variance Account, Encumbrance Account, and Accrual Account fields

Hi, Metalink Team.

We have a requirement to add the Variance Account, Encumbrance Account, and Accrual Account information on the Self Service Procurement page, right after the Charge Account field.

Is it possible to achieve this?
