Can we get audit history of DFF Setup ?

Hi all,

Is there a way to identify who made changes to DFF's value set in configuration ? We need all userids and the timestamp of their changes done to DFF segment. For example we need to get a list of users who have modifed the below highlighted Value Set for the flex field.
