How to solve error for upload resume option in External Career Site using Talemetry ?

We are unable to upload resume from external career site but we are able to upload for requisition. Our profile import partner is Talemetry. We are not using recruiting booster or Rchilli. Could anyone please guide me how to resolve the error?
