How to assign myself as an employee in an org?

I'm trying to assign me as an employee in existing org.

I have assigned myself with the EMPLOYEE role to my user account. However, I do not know which Task i should be using to create an employee. May I know if there are any other roles required for this action and also which task should be used to create/ assign an employee.
