Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): We are trying to investigate if it’s normal behavior for non-active payroll statuses to show up in learning results. We have custom assignment statuses such as "HR Active - Payroll Active", "HR Active- Payroll Suspended", and HR Active - Payroll Leave of Absence* etc. We don't want to see employee training assignments that have "HR Active - Payroll Leave of Absence*" and "HR Active- Payroll Suspended."
For example, when looking for employees who have been withdrawn incorrectly from the Safe and Respectful training courses, the results return dozens of employees who are currently in an HR Active status but are in some sort of suspended status. These aren’t relevant results.
