1. Query the Cost, Select the Lines go to actions > Costing > Split / Transfer / Split and Transfer
2. Enter the Project and Task (And amount in case of split / split and transfer
3. Submit

We can't be doing this for Hundreds of Costs. Allocation Rules won't do since these are labor costs and there is no general rule.
