Can Historical Rate be used as the workaround to import translated historical balance

Summary:

We are implementing the cloud transformation project from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion. Summary journals as of the cut-off period will be used to convert the GL balance. It is fine for base currency TB.

But when it comes to foreign currency TB, the translated balance as of the cut-off period doesn't match, and I cannot import translated balance to Fusion. How about using the import historical rate FBDI template as a workaround to import the credit amount of the translated balance of the cut-off period?

For revenue/expense type account, I need to know the beginning balance of the account combination, then import the historical amount as period activity, if the translating rule is PTD.

Howdy, Stranger!
