How to Add Termination as Quick Action in Team Activity Center

Hi Experts,

We have enabled Team Activity Center. Things look good, but I see that Termination option for Manager is available only if they go to Employment Info action and then select Actions button

Would it be possible to add Termination option to this section? When I select View More, Termination option is not listed

In UX, Termination option could be accessed by clicking the three dots "…" beside the employee name

Please advise, if you are seeing it differently…
