Candidate Pool - Create candidate and Add candidate

Hello !

In the candidate pool, we have two similar action "Create candidate" and "Add candidate". For me this is the same form for this two actions.

However, I note that if :

- Go to the "Total candidate" next to the candidate pool created and click on the top on the right side : We land on the Redwood page. 

- Go to the "..." on the candidate pool created line and "Add a candidate" : Land on responsive page.

In the SR 4-0000530606 created, If they inform that is not the same functionality and that's why there one form in Responsive and the other one in Redwood.
