Can't view selected skills within skills center
Summary:
I'm building out custom roles for employees using skills and seem to be missing a privilege. I can successfully select skills that I want to develop or skills that I have (validated through the network tab), but they aren't showing in the list. If I try to add the same skill a second time I see an error in the network tab that it's a duplicate so I know they exist. What privilege is required to pull in those skills after selecting them?
