FYI Notifications are Blank

Hi all,

On Document Records, we have configured approvals where after all approvals their will be FYI sent to Employee/HR. The FYI Notification is usually blank and we waited for long time but nothing appeared, tried to delete cache as well. After some days the FYI is showing complete notification. For Emails, their is only FYI shown and details are not routed to Email. Is there a way we can show the FYI complete notification on email as well.
