Missing Profile not visible to Application Role User
Summary:
Hi,
We noticed that a service administrator is able report on Account-IDs are loaded from DM but does not have a corresponding profile.
Reconciliations → Detail Balances → Filter on Reconciliation Exists = No
The same setup returns no data for a user (application role). Is this normal?
As a workaround, we tried to build a report using the Query Builder, any report from the detail balances subject area returns no rows at all. (see below screen shots) Which is very strange.
My question : Is there any way to enable business users to see missing profiles themselves?
