How we can enable the user to view "Download desktop integration installer"?

Hi all,

We have assigned the following roles to our custom role to allow the user to use the HSDL without managing the template.

  • Load Data Using HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader
  • Access HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader Templates

However, with these roles, the user does not see the 'Download desktop integration installer' option in the tools area.

How we can enable the user to view this future?
