How to get the assignment details of the deleted element entry using audit tables

There is a requirement to get the corresponding assignment of deleted element entries for audit purposes. Normally Pay_entry_usages table is used to identify the assignment, the element entry is tagged to. However, when an element entry gets deleted, the related row in Pay_entry_usages table also gets deleted. We could not find any other tables to identify the assignment link.
