Sick paid leave for US based on state and city legislation
Hello Team,
Just want to understand how we have handled requirement for US Paid Sick Leave, which is based on state and city local legislation.
We have multiple states almost 23 for which we need to have sick plans calculated based on the local law. So checking if anybody who has handled such requirement can pour in some suggestion.
Also to note currently they are not using Oracle payroll and we are not also integration with their current payroll system its just calculating and maintaining the balances
