25A: Cant see a difference using "Select a Recently Used Location When Creating a Requisition"

Summary:

We just got upgraded to 25A this weekend. One of the new functionalities in the new module is “Select a Recently Used Location When Creating a Requisition”

Is this functionality meant to work even if you type nothing in the search bar? I must type a country eg: “India” in the search bar for “Deliver-to Locations” to be available. I can’t see what the difference is to before. Please can somebody confirm if this is working correctly?
