OTBI report (Cross Border Report)cis erroring out for specific users.

Hi Team,

We have an OTBI report that fetches the mobility information of an employee , form last couple of weeks some specific user are not able to run this report. They are getting this error:


We recently cloned our test environment but the issue is not replicable, The user are easily running the report in lower environment.

Does anyone of you faced similar issue earlier?

Please assist.
