Using OTBI to report on Specialization Activity Type (Required/Optional)

Summary:

Has anyone had any luck using OTBI to report on your Specializations and the Activity Types (ie Required vs Optional)? We have a need to build this report, and we're running into a few issues. We'd be open to using Learning Management Real Time, or Learning Records Real Time.

I haven't been able to find a field in LMRT that reports on Activity Type for Specialization Activities. I have found the "Activity Completion Requirement Description" field in LRRT that seems to include values for Defined By Section/Optional/Required, however I can't seem to get any results with this field, even when using a simple report with only 3 fields and 1 filter. I've attached a copy of my export, curious if anyone has had any luck in building a report like this?
