Self Paced Learning

Summary:

We are trying to implement Self Paced Learning and as part of the process we have to add the following roles to our Learning Specialist role:
Manage all Digital Learning
Manage Learning Organizations or Manage All Learning Organizations

But when we search these roles , we are not able to find it in our system
