Unable to search for a Person on Employment Start Dates - missing Security

Summary:

We are trying to enable the Redwood Employment Start Dates page. I have assigned the Change Employment Start Dates (ORA_PER_CHANGE_EMPLOYMENT_START_DATES) priv to our custom role and made sure all the profiles are setup as in the 24B link:

We have many other Redwood pages enabled for Core HR, Payroll, Recruiting, Talent, Benefits and we are able to search on them, so I know Oracle Search is working. Also, the search does work on this form if using a seeded role. There must be another piece of security I am missing, but doing a role compare hasn't helped me. I don't know what I am looking for to add to the custom role.
