Adding all needed IFSC codes

Summary:

Hi Team,

We would like to add all available Bank IFSC codes details in the masters ~3Lakh rows and would want to understand if that would have any impact on system performance.

We need to create the IFSC codes as and when we the employee is coming with new bank details which is causing payroll delay and hence, we want to load all available bank branches in system.

If anyone has done similar thing in the past and have an idea about it, kindly let me know.
