Redwood – Request for Clarification on Message Classification in Personal Messages (Payroll)

Hi All,

In the attached screenshot, the entries marked with a blue dot are visible in the "Messages" section under Payroll > Personal Messages. However, these entries are not being filtered under the "Error Specified" tab. It is unclear what the blue dot represents, as there is no explicit classification provided—such as error, warning, or informational message.

It appears that only the top-level message is considered during filtering, and since the parent message is unclassified (blue dot), the entire block is excluded from filtered views—even though the expanded messages contain warnings.

Please advise on the nature of these messages and whether they should be categorized appropriately for filtering.
