When you add a new skill to a job profile there are a number of fields to fill out (e.g., Skill Type, Required, Importance, Source, Curation Status). Are these fields used just for informational purposes or does the value selected drive other behavior behind the scenes?
Also, is there a way to change the values that appear for Skill Type and Importance?
