If applications do not show in the application list, are there processes I should run?

Summary:

We have a number in the "New - Human Resources Initial Review," but when clicking the number, zero applications show in the application list. These two candidates do show in our Recruiting Snapshot Dashboard, and when we search them in Candidate Search, and go to their Activity, we can access their application there.
