Summary: How do we change the application used for Oracle Global Search from Procurement back to HCM?

We have enabled Global Search for Procurement but now want to change back to HCM. We understand that we can only use one application at a time for Global Search and would like to revert back to HCM. However, the system no longer lists HCM as an option for the application in Manage Global Search Configuration. Only Procurement is listed to select. Please assist in how to change Global Search back to HCM.
