Summary:

Smart forms are not appearing after running Transform Data Post Upgrade with the parameter POPULATE_ELASTIC_INTERMEDIATE_TABLE waited 2 hours. We ran some other steps then ran ESS job to create index definition and perform Initial Ingest to OSCS with the parameter fa-prc-shoppingcatalog. In our test pod after running this the smart forms appeared. So it is my thinking that this is the job that shows the smart forms. Are we able to run this job ESS job to create index definition and perform Initial Ingest to OSCS again. All oracle documentation seems to infer that it should only be run once
