Is it possible to trigger a notification to the Hiring Manager when a candidate adds their SSN?

In our current process, once a candidate accepts a job offer, they are moved from Oracle Recruiting (ORC) to Core HR using the "Move to HR" action. This creates the person in Core HR as a pending worker or employee.

At that point, the Hiring Manager immediately receives a task to print and sign the employment contract. However, the candidate also receives a separate email asking them to enter their Social Security Number (SSN), which is required to generate a complete and valid contract.
