Validate When and Why in Position

Summary:

Currently we can't make an validation on the date/reason selected in When and Why section of a Position Page(Edit Position, Create Position per example). I tried to put an error to appear if the date is different than the first date of the next month but the error only apperared after Position Details.

There is no way to make this error trigger in the When and Why section right?
