Job Application Profile Option Post 25B

Summary:

According to the What's New doc linked below, enabling Redwood UIs for the Job Application/Details pages were controlled by the Redwood candidate profile option prior to 25B: ORA_IRC_CANDIDATE_REDWOOD_ENABLED

It's my understanding that now, with 25B, these pages have their own profile option to enable Job Application/details pages: ORA_IRC_JOB_APPLICATION_REDWOOD_ENABLED

Is it accurate that we still need to enable ORA_IRC_CANDIDATE_REDWOOD_ENABLED for the Job Application/Details pages to be on the new UI as noted in the What's New do? If so, it seems like they'd still be controlled by the candidate pages being enabled, wouldn't it? We cannot only enable Job Application/Details pages without enabling Candidate pages?
