Charge Account in RSSP

Summary:

In Classic UI once the PR is added to the cart the actual charge account updated. Is RSSP following same behavior?

while i am testing in RSSP, after entering the Project details and clicking on Submit button the charge account is partially updating

in the charge account, the 3rd segment is Project number and there is no segment for Task Number. However once I enter the details and click on update the charge account is displaying both the Project and Task number as the Last segment Values.
