Make the custom task service type project cost DFF mandatory field when create project requisition

Hi, we create a new custom project cost DFF call task service type. I would like to make it as mandatory when we select the project number in requisition. You can see other DFF is make mandatory like task number, expenditure item date, expenditure type, expenditure organization.
