Efficient CV Shortlisting for Job Requisitions in Oracle Recruiting Cloud

In our current Oracle HCM Cloud setup, we often receive a high volume of candidate applications against a single job requisition. At the moment, the only available approach we see for grouping and managing these applications is by manually creating a candidate pool and then linking the requisition to it. However, this process is quite manual and time-consuming, especially when dealing with multiple requisitions or high-volume hiring scenarios.
