Leaving Date not filed with HMRC

A customer has an employee that left back in January 2024, and the Date of Leaving Reported to HMRC field in the calculation card remains blank. A P45 was also not generated or filed with HMRC.

All leaving dates have been populated. We have also tried to reverse the termination and re-process as a leaver.

At this stage now, how can we file this leaver with HMRC? The employee is still showing as employed on HMRC's systems
